  Golden rule is Sioux Falls best plumbing, heating and cooling company hands down! They were able to provide quick and efficient service when our furnace caught on fire in the middle of the night. We were worried about pipes freezing through the night and cold weekend ahead of us so we were pleasantly surprised when they said they were also able to start installing our new Trane furnace within an hour of calling in. Everyone at Golden Rule was friendly and great to work with, also clean and polite. I really don't have a single negative thing to say about our experience with Golden Rule. Alan was amazing to work with. I can see why they are called Golden Rule SERVICE, because they really know what true service is. We would highly recommend Golden Rule and will definitely use them again. Thank you all!

  Alan is the most professional person I've ever had in my home. He was early to the appointment and worked very efficiently to get our hot water heater back up and running quickly. We also signed up their Total Care Club and will definitely be relying on their services or our homes plumbing, heating and cooling systems after having bad experiences with other contractors in the past.
